Jack & Jill - Mother & Toddler
Group
SPONSORED SING
During the second week in May,
St Giles' Jack and Jill Mother and Toddler groups held a sponsored
sing, in aid of the Sara Marie Foundation, and Jack and Jill
funds. The mums, and children, sang nursery rhymes and
other songs accompanied on his guitar by the Revd. Ken Tombs.
Relatives and friends sponsored the children by offering a donation
and many came to support the singing and enjoyed what was a very
happy morning. It is anticipated large sum of money will be raised
in addition to the £210 that has already been donated by
the group, via the Lent Smartie tube appeal.

Heythrop Drive Deliveries
It is with great regret that as the ICN deliverer for
Heythrop Drive has now moved from that road (and Ickenham), and
could not find anyone willing to take over her round, deliveries
may have to cease from July/August unless a volunteer comes forward.
Is anyone willing to help? Call David Crane ASAP on 01895 632442
if you are prepared to take on this task. It would be sad if
the entire road has to miss all future editions!
Gospel Oak Meeting
At the time of publication, the meeting of 'interested parties'
to discuss a possible long-term plan for the Gospel Oak site
was scheduled to take place on 20th May at 2.15 p.m. It is hoped
that a full report will be given in the July/August edition of
ICN.
